What nutritional supplements should a new vegetarian get used to buying?
I have been a vegetarian now for 7 months, but I still don't feel like I properly know how to nourish my body nutritionally. I eat a great variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, oats, legumes and nuts, but Is that enough? I also take flaxseed oil for my omega. I am starting to shop at health food stores now but I am not really sure what is best for me to buy. Are there any products you can recommend me to buy?
Hello, im guessing that you are female, you should be eating plenty of protein rich foods, such as your seeds and nuts. Also you should talk to your doctor about iron supplements, due to monthly blood loss, you could become anaemic. Also include plenty of green vegetables to boost your iron intake
