my cat is 16 yrs old and just almost cant eat solids anymore.?
What is the best liquid to give her to suplement her diet? Would baby formula be good for her?

does she have any teeth left? if she does, at 16yrs old its very possible they have become rotten, making it painful for her to chew. She should be going to the vet for 6mthly checks due to her age anyway, so i would get them to check her teeth. infected teeth leak infection into the bloodstream and can kill an animal, especially one so old.
my advice is to get her checked over at the vet.
we had a stray who had NO teeth left and we used to feed her mashed tinned cat food, which she ate very well. try doing that, and if she cant eat it then take her to the vet!
PS cats are strict carnivores and need a mostly meat diet, loads of protein. many baby foods are fruit and vegies, which will malnourish your cat.
