About Spring Valley Natural Black Cohosh and menopause...?
Can anyone tell me anything about this supplement ? I have tried to find it on the web and can't ! I have started taking it today for menopausal symptoms and would just like to know more about it. Would really love to hear from women that have actually used it for menopause. Also, know anything about SAM-E? I take a prescription pain reliever, is it safe to take with it?
