Hi all just want to know if it is better to walk through walking on a treadmill or outside? I tried both. but I felt that walking and running on a treadmill to burn through more calories than walking and running outdoors? Is this true? and if my weight was 95 the number of minutes to run and run (speed :6.5-9) I need tape to burn over 600 calories per day? thank you.
